I changed laptop and I am having issues with syncing pdfs. I thought the problem was solved when I realised that in the sync setting on my old laptop the 'sync full text' was not selected. nevertheless, I now get a different error as for reference in the report

'Zotero-File-Modification-Time header not set in file request for 1/6WQWLFUM'

in my new laptop the error I get is
'the attached file could not be found at the following path:
xxxxxxx
it may have been moved or deleted outside Zotero.'

I checked the web library and some files managed to upload there but not all. I also tried to do a manual backup copying the Zotero folder in my new laptop as for instructions in your forum but it didn't work.

please can you help?
