Add & edit Table of Contents

It would be great to be able to add and edit the Table of Contents for PDFs. So many of my pdfs in Zotero don't have a Table of Contents and for some I would like the ability to easily create one in Zotero. I know I could use another app like Acrobat, but having the basic feature in Zotero would be helpful

    I second this. I brought this up ages ago. That and customizing the color of the main collections...

    Agreed! This would be an extremely helpful feature that could have a similar implementation as the existing tags functionality.
