Not able to save any webpage

I just downloaded Zotero and made an account, but I'm not able to save any webpage via the extension. I'm running on Firefox on a Mac. I've tried to save three webpages using the Zotero Connector and for each one I get the message: "An error occurred while saving this item. See Troubleshooting Translator Issues for more information."

You'll need to follow those troubleshooting instructions and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.

Ah, got it. I thought that the long 2023-12-29 section only applied to ScienceDirect PDFs and skipped it since I wasn't trying to save anything from ScienceDirect. But I now see that's not the case.

Issue is now fixed. Thank you!
