Upgrade StoragePurchased more storage, but pdfs not synching to device b
My main zotero use is on my personal mac, and I just purchased more storage. however, it says that I have only used ~290 mb (even though I likely have more) and gives a synching error. Now, none of the papers are synching to my secondar device (windows).
Check the Sync settings to determine that actual account you're using, and then email storage@zotero.org to request that your subscription be transferred. You should then delete this account to avoid future confusion. (You can export any items to Zotero RDF with files and import into the other account.)
