Beginner user - pdf's on iMac but not syncing to iPad

Hi,

I am using Zotero Sync and was at 300MB storage but today upgraded to 6GB.
My Zotero account on my iMac has nicely stored all my pdf's but they aren't syncing to my iPad. I get 'Error: The attached file is not available in the online library...". Yet it is - as I can open on my computer and write notes etc. I have added new Ref's in and the framework of the reference is syncing over nicely - just not the pdf's. I have Synch attachments files in my library using Zotero turned on (both iMac and iPad) and I have 'save files' also turned on in my iPad. Please could you point me in the correct direction to fix this as I would really like to review papers using my iPad rather than my iMac. Thank you in advance

    No, this is a misunderstanding. The message is telling you that the file isn't available online. The file being on your iMac is irrelevant. Files beyond your quota were never uploaded because you were at your storage quota.

    After upgrading storage, you have to sync the computer where the files exist so that the files get uploaded before they'll be available elsewhere.

    In general, see Files Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.

    Thank you - I feel quite embarrassed. Yes now I have upgraded AND re-synced) it is all working wonderfully again. Whoops and sorry for troubling you.
