Request to Bring Zotero to HarmonyOS PC
Please consider making a native Zotero app for the growing HarmonyOS PC platform. It would be invaluable for the many students and researchers like myself who use it. I hope you'll take this into consideration.

AbeJellinekZotero is based on Firefox, and Firefox doesn't support HarmonyOS, so this is unlikely to ever happen unless HarmonyOS (or a third-party developer) implements a compatibility layer for Windows or Linux programs. You could try running Windows in a virtual machine.

YYYDI also request that Zotero be supported for HarmonyOS. The HarmonyOS operating system will have a very large user base in the future, especially for researchers. The advantages of HarmonyOS enable the convenient transfer of Zotero data among phones, pad, computers, and many other devices. I am very much looking forward to the Zotero team adding support for HarmonyOS in Zotero.

xiaoyangyangno11HarmonyOS shares many similarities with Android development, allowing developers to adopt Android-based approaches for application adaptation. Moreover, HarmonyOS enables “develop once, deploy across devices,” supporting seamless adaptation to smartphones, tablets, and PCs.

aborelAs already written, Firefox must become available on HarmonyOS before this can be considered. Feel free to support the request there https://connect.mozilla.org/t5/ideas/firefox-for-harmony-next/idi-p/47787
