“Every group also has its own web page.” Is that automatic? Is there some functionality that allows me to create a group web page? I’m not seeing a link or setting related to a group web page.

That's just talking about the group's profile page.

You can get to a group's page by clicking the name of the group on https://www.zotero.org/groups/
