Failed to save the zotero entry

No changes have been made to the zotero app or browser plug-in
However, no matter for CNKI, Science Direct, and PubMed,etc., could save the entries incorrectly.

In the meantime, the following approaches have been tried:
1. Uninstall and reinstall zotero and zotero connector
2. Updated the Jasmine plugin and zotero connector
None of the above problems were solved.
