Upgrade StorageBook Authors are Book Section creators and related issues
In order to add a cook section sometimes I take the Book item and use 'Create Book Section', which is created with the book 'Author' as 'Book Author'. But then, looking at the middle pane, the book authors do not appear in the Creator column for the Book Section item. Therefore, one must categorize them as Authors.
I understand this happening when there is an author distinct of the Book Authors, but I don't when there isn't such an Author.
And being this a different discussion (I know I should open a different one, but I just comment here), when there are many book Authors I must modify for each author 'Book Author' to 'Author'. It would be much better if I could select a collection of authors and apply to all of them this action (or others like Move to Top, Move to Bottom [should exist too], etc.)

I have a pdf file corresponding to a book chapter, not the whole book, and I create a Zotero item to which I link the file (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/124825/bringing-everything-together-in-zotero-personal-knowledge-management-pkm#latest, https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/comment/487207/#Comment_487207,...), so that item must be just the chapter.
