Automatic refrence list update

Hello, when I add a source to the text, the reference list updates and includes it. However, if I delete the source and it's the only instance it was mentioned, the reference list doesn't update, and the source remains listed.

I see there is a "refresh" but I think if it can be automatic- it would be better

    Remove the bibliography and reinsert it.
    Or switch style and back to your original style.

    If I understand the question correctly, it wouldn't be possible to automatically remove items from the bibliography when they're deleted in the document -- you don't want Zotero to constantly check if anything in the document has changed. It only does that when it's already interacting with the document
