Pasting an image into a note

Mine says Zotero does not support image pasting when I try to paste an image in a note.

I want to consolidate all my notes in 1 pdf and I prefer the table in another pdf so I just wanted to add it as an annotation so i dont have to open different pdfs.

    Are you running Zotero 7? What's the exact message you're receiving?

    I'm running Zotero 7 on my PC and laptop. Whether I use the web or Zotero 7, I just can't paste anything. No action happens. When I try it on my tablet or phone, it says "Does not support image pasting"
