Expand item when attaching files

After adding an attachment file to an item, I expect that it will automatically expand that item, so that I can see the attachment that has just been added.

At the moment, attaching a file to an item does not expand it when in My Library. So I do not have any information whether the addition was successful or not.

If I do it from the Unfiled Items collection, the item is expanded as expected.

We'll fix. (The new attachment should just be selected, which necessitates expanding the parent item.)

It is fixed for "Attach File..." and "Attach Link to File..." in the beta 37.
But it is not working for "Attach Web Link...".
