A red exclamantion mark, it says " is not a valid link mode

I have had this error (A red exclamantion mark, it says " is not a valid link mode) for sometimes now, but zotero was working fine so I did not reported it. But now occasionally, when I change tab (say to trash-bin tab) every entry just vanish afterwords, I have to close and reopen zotero again and everything gets as normal. I am not sure if these two errors are even related or not?
After reporting error it was asked to put a message on this forum.

    That was likely caused by a plugin, but if you provide a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error, we might be able to tell you how to fix it.

    D299884414 is the Debug ID. Thanks again for help.

    Paste "R79XEQNR" into the search bar in All Fields & Tags mode to see the item in question. You should delete it and empty the trash.

    It looks like it was incorrectly converted from an attachment — presumably by some plugin — back in May.

    Hi, sorry for late reply. I am unable to delete this item from trash. The delete permanently option is greyed out.
