Zotero App files via WebDAV

hi. i use zotero with my university file storage cloud (via webdav). can i open files stored there with the zotero mobile app or is this only possible when using zotero storage? thanks!

    The mobile apps support Zotero Storage and WebDAV.

    that's great, thanks! but do i need to change settings in the app to use it? right now i can only access very few files via app, all others are marked with a red '!' and cannot be opened.
