Sync error does not resolve after deleting file Report ID: 1992028185

I ran a test for institutional blocking upload of sensitive data and it was successful such that the sync/upload was blocked. I then deleted the test file from Zotero on my desktop. The problem is that the sync error continues, whereby my institution continues to flag the upload attempt as ongoing, and Zotero continues to alert me to the sync error via the icon on the top banner. The file is no longer there in the library. Please advise.
