Encountering unknown errors despite trouble shooting

I am unable to add citations and I have tried trouble shooting many times. I have copied and pasted my text in a new document. I have restarted both zotero and word many times

for what I _think_ you're experiencing -- the latter doesn't just have troubleshooting steps but also specific things to report.
