Editing the style „Zeitschrift für Ostmitteleuropa-Forschung (Deutsch)”

Hello!
I am using the citation style “Zeitschrift für Ostmitteleuropa-Forschung (Deutsch)”, which uses footnotes, and am trying to modify it to fit my professor's requests. Could somebody please help me accomplish the following modifications?

1) The style formats the author’s names using small caps. However, she wants the first name of the author to be in normal (lowercase) letters and only the author’s last name to be in small caps. For example, Egon VIETTA, ….
2) She also wants the name of the author to be followed by a comma, not by a colon. I think this needs to be modified in line 334 of the code but if somebody could confirm this, that would be great.
3) If the citation is about an article in a journal, she would like the name of the journal to be in italics and for the date of publication to be shown in a day.month.year format. As for now, only the year of publication is shown in the citation.
4) She would also like the publisher to appear when she cites a book. The format should be “location of publishing: publisher, year of publication, S. page number.” For example, Reinhard MEHRING, Aufstieg und Fall, München: Beck, 2009, S. 370.
5) And lastly, wherever a work is used in a translated version, the code puts one period too many. At the end of the citation it should say "übers. von Tim Trzaskalik" and not "übers. von. Tim Trzaskalik". The period after “von" should not appear.

Thank you very much to anyone who might be able to help me out.
Have a great day!

I have provided a fix for issue No. 5 here, but the rest requires a lot of work to adapt the style to your professor's likings. I'd be happy to make a style for you/your professor on commission though. You can email me at info(at)citationstyler.com. :)
