How to "View Online" on files imported through .ris, .bibtex, or .nbib files? (scielo / pubmed)
I'm on the middle of a systematic review where I'm using zotero, I just finished the screening part, but I just realize that a lot of items on scielo and pubmed, didn't imported the urls (actually, most of then didn't). So I can't go directly to the respective urls. I also found that most of then, didn't even imported the DOI.
In some collections, it did created an extra item with the PMID (on the extra type), and the scielo id in "loc. in archive" type. Manually I can go through them, but it's too cumbersome.
Since I already finished looking through thousands of items, I can't import them again (to see if the exported file included the urls or not), so I was looking in to any way to go to the pubmed url having the PMID, or the scielo web page with its specified id.
Also, I read somewhere about fetching the pdf when you have the DOI, but that option doesn't appear either.

That'd work for both View Online and at least in cases where the PDF can be downloaded from your connection, get full text.
I don't think the add-on works with the 7.1 beta, though.
I guess there should be a way to, to use the PMID (for ie), to resolve to the correct pubmed url?
Yes you can easily construct a PubMed URL from a PMID -- you could e.g. do this in an exported CSV file by replacing "PMID: " with "https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/" but I don't see a quick way to do this so view online works
