When I try to add citation to a new document in word this message shows up:

None oft the recommendations how to solve the problem helped yet.
What else can I do?

    Go to your Word Startup folder, delete Zotero.dotm, restart Word, and confirm that the Zotero toolbar is completely gone from Word. Then reinstall the plugin.

    I tried that several times. It doesn't work. Any other recommendations?

    Did you move Microsoft Word into that subfolder ("Office Ähnliche") in Applications? You should move it back to the root of the Applications folder.
