In APA format, with 6 author or less, the first citation should list all of them, and then it is "et al" from there on...

Zotero lists the first citation as "et al" which is not APA.

It would be great if this was automatic.

    So are you saying, for example, that the information on the et al rules here and here are incorrect/outdated?

    It's easy enough to fix, but I just want us to be 100% sure before making the change, since everyone will get it (and no, I'm not going to go buy the style guide). This is why we generally ask for links to documentation.
