Upgrade StorageCannot download pdf on multi devices

I'm unable to download PDFs in Zotero on my iPad and iPhone—they remain stuck in the state shown in the image without any error messages. These items open fine on my computer and can be downloaded from the web library. I've also checked Zotero's storage, and I'm not over the limit. How can I resolve this?

You could test by right-clicking on a file in the desktop app that's accessible in the web library, deleting the file from disk (or moving it elsewhere), and then double-clicking on it in Zotero to try to download it again. If it fails to download, it's the same issue.
