Incorrect author field format when using "Save to Zotero" in chrome

I have been having this issue a lot lately where the author fields are not formatted correctly when using the Zotero connector in chrome.

If the author names are is John F. Smith and Katie Brown, the author fields will be populated like this:

(Last name), Smith, John F
and Brown, Katie

"Drugs: Education, Prevention and Policy" is published by Taylor & Francis, and that publisher has been exposing incorrect metadata for a couple of weeks.

Has anyone found a way to report issue to the publisher? Is there a contact form?

There's always some kind of communication channel on a publisher platform, sometimes it's just better hidden than others :-)
