Transaction timeout,

I am getting this message while syncing
"Transaction timeout, most likely caused by unresolved pending work."
What is "unresolved pending work"?
I cannot edit in my Zotero desktop and I have this error message: Report ID: 1659592240
I have closed and reopened the app to no effect
I have removed the Taylor Francis style and it hasn't helped either

    Can you provide a Debug ID for Zotero startup through reproducing this, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

    Did you receive the error before submitting that? That just shows an active file sync.

    Also you should disable all plugins and restart Zotero before trying to reproduce.

    Thanks for responding, I think it is a plugin issue as the problems goes away when all the plugins are displaced (and trouble-shooting mode disables the plugins). I will have to play around to see which plugins are conflicting. Thank you for your time
