saving to zotero failing on all sites

I have the gray webpage icon for all pages attempted. Nothing happens when clicking save in the Zotero Connector app. Updated both the app and desktop to most recent versions. Restarted everything. Disabled other extensions. Still no progoress.

    Not sure what you mean by that. You have to tell us what it says when you hover over the save button.

    But make sure you've carefully tried everything else on the page, because something there almost certainly would fix this.

    Nothing happens when I follow the steps from step 10 so I don't know if/what translator

    I don’t what you mean by “Nothing happens”. We can’t see your screen, so we really do need you to say more about what exactly you’re doing and what’s happening.

    And you still haven’t provided a Debug ID.
