Not receiving a email to activate my account. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?
ust created an account. It says "We’ve sent an email to activate your account," but I’m not receiving anything. I've tried several times, but no email shows up. I'm using a Mac, and my email is an iCloud address. Anyone have any idea what the problem might be?

dstillmanedited 10 days agoThere's currently a problem with email delivery after an external spam attack. Messages sent during this time should show up within a few hours. Sorry for the inconvenience.

dstillmanJust an update: while we resolved this issue a couple days ago, our ability to send email was later paused again by our cloud provider due to the earlier spam attack. We've contacted them and hope to have email service restored soon. Sorry we don't have a better answer for people waiting for emails.

liladudeI think this is also affecting group invitations, because my users are not receiving them.

JenniferKoenThank you for the update. My colleague and I have been trying to set up a group/team account and keep getting stuck at the point of verification. Do you have any idea of when this may be resolved?

adamsmith@liladude group invitations to existing accounts also get send as Zotero DMs, so people can check their "Inbox" here and except. That obviously won't work for verifying accounts, though.
