Ability to turn off plugins for specific libraries

I've been using Zoplicate and URL shortener for some personal libraries. But I just realized it's been deleting things for another group library I'm in. I haven't been able to find a way to limit this so I had to remove the plugin.

    You'll need to contact the plugin developer. There's no technical way that plugins could be limited to specific libraries, but plugins themselves could do it.
