    hello i have the same issue i think i have generated this correctly and was told to add it in forum:

    This was an error from Crossref, which provides DOI metadata. They appear to be currently doing maintenance, but it's not supposed to be affecting DOI metadata lookups, and your DOI is working for me. Is it still failing for you?
