Don't have any preferences

I've recently downloaded Zotero but don't seem to have the preferences such as File, edit and view (I can't find way to set up my referencing style).

I'm on a windows laptop using edge.

Any suggestions would be be appreciated. Thanks

    Very likely you are not actually running Zotero, which is a Desktop application you need to install. If you are sure you are could we see a screenshot of your main Zotero window, please?

    Hello,
    I have got zotero installed as having a play around I've managed to save some documents and I can reference them individually. I'm clearly have some sort of problem as I can't manage to share a screen shot here whatever I do.
    I'll have a chat with the University I'm studying with.

    I would advise to go through the Zotero documentation:

    For screenshots, you can just copy/paste an image or share it via an imaging service/GDrive etc. and paste the link here.
