Error with Wiley Online Library translator

When saving from Wiley, an error appears:

But the fallback stills retrieves the metadata. Example URL:

    You're getting a 403 (Forbidden) error.

    First try clearing your cookies on Wiley. Open Firefox Settings, search for "cookies", click "Manage Data...", search for "wiley", remove.

    If it still doesn't work, you might be getting blocked due to automated bot detection. I don't think Wiley is known for aggressively blocking, but it's possible. Try again later today and let me know if you're still having issues.

    This was due to my network. Changing it makes the translator to work. I should have checked this before posting. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I can reproduce the error, both from the office and from home.
