I can't add citations to google docs. The search box doesn't work and it just appears as a red box. I reinstalled it twice, and it still doesn't work. Here's the Debug ID: D1310091906. Thank you for your help.

adomasvenRestart Zotero and Safari and create a Debug ID for an attempt that fails. Does it work better in a new document? Do you have a bibliography in this document that is duplicating itself?
