Snapshot only if PDF not available

Is there a setting where if a full text PDF is available and attached that a Snapshot will NOT be created, but if there is no PDF then a Snapshot will be created? I don't need the Snapshot if I have the PDF.

    In the meantime, is there a straightforward way to trash HTML snapshots for items that also have a PDF attached?
    The plugin Zotero Attachment Scanner https://github.com/SciImage/zotero-attachment-scanner currently will trash duplicate PDFs or duplicate snapshots but not duplicate attachments of different file types (though this would be a useful addition to its feature set).
