Requesting "version" field in preprint
I'm working on the CSL style for the latest China national standard which is being revised. It requires the version number of a preprint article (e.g., version "2" of https://arxiv.org/abs/1112.6136v2) and I'm requesting such a field in Zotero's preprint type. The expected format of the style is like:
> JENKINS S D, RUOSTEKOSKI J. Controlled manipulation of light by cooperative response of atoms in an optical lattice [PP/OL]. V2. arXiv (2012-03-18) [2020-06-24]. https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.1112.6136.
> JENKINS S D, RUOSTEKOSKI J. Controlled manipulation of light by cooperative response of atoms in an optical lattice [PP/OL]. V2. arXiv (2012-03-18) [2020-06-24]. https://doi.org/10.48550/arXiv.1112.6136.
And in report, document, presentation...
May it be solved by https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/121656/coming-soon-new-item-fields#latest?
E.g.
status: V2
Here, a report with a version:

I also would save manuals (for software or similar) either as reports or documents, and I think they deserve the actual version of the software being filled.
For example, I consider the next two manuals to be reports:
https://www.cs.stonybrook.edu/sites/default/files/PGP70IntroToCrypto.pdf
with version 7.0
https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/apcluster/vignettes/apcluster.pdf
And I consider the next two, documents with version:
https://cran.r-project.org/doc/manuals/r-release/R-lang.pdf
https://www.css.cornell.edu/faculty/dgr2/_static/files/R_PDF/corregr.pdf
Either a bit more strange, here you have a presentation with a version: https://www.debian.org/doc/manuals/packaging-tutorial/packaging-tutorial.en.pdf
