Turabian 9th Ed. (Full note): Subsequent citation appears to be wrong.

Hello! I'm using Turabian (Full note) for my citation style. I noticed that when citing the same source, all that reflects is the title of the source or the author's name, there's either no page number, the name of the author, or the shortened title (Please see attached images).
Can anyone help me with this or clarify this to me?

Turabian (it's just Chicago) will print out Autor+Short title if it's a subsequent citation.
Can you test this out in a fresh document?

Immediately subsequent citations (what used to be 'ibid.' just include the author in Chicago/Turabian. That's following the manual and correct. We do have various alternate options (both using actual ibid and using the short titles always) for Chicago Manual on the repository

I understand now. I got confused with the "subsequent citation" and the "immediate subsequent citation (what used to be ibid)". Thank you so much!
