Upgrade StorageFor Patents, can I show Filing Date rather than Issue Date in Date column?
My first post here.
When patents are shown in the list pane, the "Date" column shows the patent's "Issue Date" rather than its "Filing Date". How can I change this behavior to show the Filing Date in the Date column?
I searched the forum and found a related post from 2023:

From that post is seems there's an issue posted on Github asking for a similar feature:

(I'm not sure if this the official issue tracker for Zotero.)
I have a couple questions:
1. For patents, can I specify which date is shown in the Date column?
2. If answer is 'No', then can I do something to increase Zotero's developers' attention to the issue listed above?

Posting here is the way to get attention to a feature request and devs do read all thread, so you can assume they will have seen this (though they only chime in if they have questions, a feature is imminent, or, sometimes, if they know they won't do something), but obviously there are lots of feature requests.
