PDF file added manually in android device, does not sync on zotero.org and also does not sync in windows desktop app.

    That doesn't seem to show a file being added.

    How exactly are you adding the file?

    Make sure you're starting debug output logging, going to add the file, triggering a manual sync by pulling down on the items list, and then submitting the output.
