Zotero extension in safari keeps disappearing

At first Zotero extention just disappeared. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I also re-installed the extention. It appeared and then disappeared. What do I do?

What macOS version?

Have you tried deleting Zotero from Applications, restarting your computer, and then reinstalling it?

I updated to 15.4.1 (24E263).
I deleted Zotero, restarted and reinstalled - twice.
Now, the extention is not showing up at all.
Please help.

What do you mean by "not showing up at all"? Not showing up where? What do you see in the Extensions pane in Safari?

The Zotero extension with the Z isn't there.
