IPad Zotero Error: The attached file could not be found
Hi!
I am having an issue when trying to access saved files from the Zotero app in my iPad.
Debug ID: D323250368
- I uploaded the files from my computer. They are available in the web library - I can access them from zotero.org both on my computer and on my tablet.
- On the app, I can see the library data, but upon pressing the file I get the error message "The attached file could not be found". And that's it.
- I've restarted my iPad, uninstalled and reinstalled Zotero, and the issue persists.
Is there any further action I can take to troubleshoot this issue? I've read other forum posts and the troubleshooting guide but it does not seem to help.

Are you using some sort of VPN/security software that installs a configuration profile that intercepts connections?
An example URL would be https://zoterofilestorage.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/test
