No Sync possible due to "wrong username"

Hi Community,

If I want to synch my database on different devices I get the error "Wrong username or password". But it should be the right one because I am able to log in on this site with the used username and password. I am also able to view online my database of literature.
Is there anyone with the same problem or with an idea how to fix it?

    You tried too many times with the wrong username or password and then were temporarily blocked.

    Found out my Zotero version was not up to date.
    MAybe this could also be a problem but now it works fine :)
