"There was an error starting Zotero..." crash on program start-up
I'm getting the following pop-up when I start. It looks like a read/write error having to do with the SD card my library is saved on (D:\).
Please advise.

It was an SD card issue. It must have had unfinished IO operations interrupted somehow. I used the windows auto-repair feature and Zotero opened properly after that.
