Slow and Laggy When Renderring Large PDFs in Zotero 7.0.15
System: Windows 11
CPU: i7-11700
RAM: 32GB
I am about to open a large paper (82 pages) available at https://arxiv.org/pdf/2205.12944 on Zoreto, and find it becomes slow and laggy after a few seconds.
My library has a total number of about 500 papers and I only opened two of them, including the aforementioned paper.
It was fine when I read other papers but when opening that 82-page document caused significant memory fluctuations ranging from 1GB - 7GB, leading to overall sluggish performance.
Is this a common issue, and if so, how can I resolve it? Thank you so much!

In my case, the issue continues even after disabling the only third-party plugin (Translate for Zotero).
The scrolling speed of the pdf document has increased, but it got sluggy after a few seconds/minutes.
Selecting and highlighting text remains slow, taking approximately 3-5 seconds on average.
Over time, the application often becomes unresponsive and fails to handle operations within acceptable time limits.
Memory usage: 1GB - 4GB
Is the program experiencing a memory leak? I'm unsure.
