It works for me with the same version of the connector (Firefox and Chrome). If you cannot save snapshot of any webpage, you have a more general problem. I guess you have already checked that Settings > General > File handling > Automatically take snapshots when creating items from webpages is selected

Sorry for the trouble. We'll look to fix this for the next release of the Connector.

To clarify, the resolution of the previous thread was that snapshots would save from the Zotero app when using Chrome in incognito mode. @testplayer wasn't happy with that resolution but apparently has been relying on it, and that broke with the latest Connector release. We believe we now have a way of actually supporting in-browser snapshot saving in Chrome incognito mode, so we're going to try to support that properly for the next version.

Snapshots should now work again in Chrome incognito mode, and they'll also now save from the browser instead of the app.
