Word/Zotero-file broken

Dear Zotero Team,
i can´t get my word / zotero combo to work again. After i wanted to edit Bibliography i found out that the bibliography didn´t change.

After trying to debugg the file via your debugging site i couldn´t edit the bibliography anymore. it says: "Ein Fehler ist beim update ihres Dokuments aufgetreten" and it redirects me to the debugging site again.

Windows 11, updated Zotero + MS Office in the process to newest version
and did every step except step 13.

    Do you have an "Edit Bibliography" button in Word? You should reinstall the Zotero Word plugin from Zotero Preferences -> Cite. What version of Word are you running?

    i do. everything worked fine until i updated word and zotero. word is on newest version (from yesterday)

    Literally "Edit Bibliography"? You should have an "Add/Edit Bibliography" button, not "Edit Bibliography". If you have "Edit Bibliography", something is very wrong, and you should follow Step 2 here to delete Zotero.dotm:

    well, i didn´t take that literal enough :) yes there is an add/edit bibliography in the zotero plugin. thank you for clearance.

    i also misjudged the situation a bit. the original word-file still works fine with zotero plugin. i made a new file and just copied the parts of the original file i needed for the thesis. now in the NEW file i can´t edit bibliography anymore. sorry for that.

    is there a way i can make this work. otherwise i just work with the original file.

    You should still follow that step just to confirm that you have the current version of the plugin.
