I can't sync my Zotero account
Zotero software does not allow me to sync with my online account.

You can try deleting key4.db and logins.json and restarting Zotero, but there may be a more general problem with this folder.
I deleted the two archives you told me and restarted Zotero, but the problem remains.
What else can I do?
