Pinning Items to the Top

As I research, I often add items to Zotero through several means. Simotensouly, I am also reviewing and annoying items that seem to get buried with the added items. It would be helpful to pin items to the top, like in Outlook mail, so that I don't have to spend time trying to search for a few salient documents.

    Use emoji/colored tags or keep the items in a collection named to sort to the top of your collections list.

    There will also be a special Recently Read collection in an upcoming version.
