Zotero connector is playing up. Web pages are not saving to My Library on clicking the connector. Instead, I have to do it manually by clicking the right mouse button to select Save to Zotero (webpage with Snapshot).

poettliFrom which URL are you trying to save? Is "Automatically take snapshots when creating items from webpages" under Settings, General, active?
