How do I suppress capitalization rules, in titles?

Hi everyone,

I am writing a Chicago style writing using a LOT of Japanese sources.
While roman transcription is needed for Japanese sources,
the default setting of Zotero capitalise my romanised Japanese titles automatically.
Eg: Title I put in Zotero library: 'Konnichiwa sakura ramen sushi'
Footnote/bibilography generated: 'Konnichiwa Sakura Ramen Sushi'

I saw from another post that adding HTML-like tags would help to suppress capitalisation rules:
and
However, it seems that it only applies for specific vocab.
Is there any solutions to suppress capitalisation in title completely?
(I hope there is alternative solution other that changing to lower case manually on MS word......)

Thanks a lot in advance!

Anna
  • Problem solved, thanks!
  • Setting the language field for an item to something that doesn’t start with “en” will disable casing rules
