Zotero Identifier not working

Hi, i have a Computer from my institution where the security software Zscaler is active. Does this block the Identifier? For example i tried to search for these 2 ISBN:
1: 978-3911437011 (just some random books to test the function)
2: 3989910337
both didnt worked. Could anybody help me with this?

Make sure you're running Zotero 7. Zscaler was known to block Zotero 6.

Beyond that, we'd need a Debug ID from Zotero, where you're actually trying this, not from the Zotero Connector.

Hi,
thanks for you help. I talked with the IT department yesterday they told me that the browser is recognized as firefox 115 within zotero.
Im currently on the Zotero 7.1-beta24+929147b33 version.
Here is the DebugID within Zotero: D1695588183

You'll need to work through this with them. Zotero is getting a 403 Forbidden for all upstream metadata services. That's almost certainly coming from Zscaler, not from the actual services. Your IT department would have to consult their logs to say why.

And since you're able to submit debug output to Zotero servers, I'd guess they specifically allowed zotero.org, which isn't sufficient:
