Connector not saving pdf when proxied

Hello, lately I'm not sure since when, the connector stopped saving full-text PDFs when saving articles from various databases WHEN I'm at home using my university proxy server: we use a home made browser extension to set a proxy.pac file for the proxy, and it always worked, since some time ago. I'm on firefox.
I submitted an output, debug ID is: D123995211

    I have exactly the same issue using both Firefox and Chrome.

    I hope this could be resolved soon as it's a big issue when working outside the university network

    Those aren't recent changes — that hasn't been merged. But it will probably fix this for you, so we should wait to investigate. We'll make an announcement about improved saving once that's available in the Zotero 7.1 beta, likely in the next week or so.

    Until then, if you update to Zotero Connector 5.0.155 for Firefox, just released, you actually might have better luck saving directly to the online library with Zotero closed. That's not something we usually recommend, but in this case the saving improvements apply to that workflow right away, whereas they depend on app updates for app-based saving. (You can't yet choose a target collection when saving directly to the online library.)

    Thank you Dan, I've just tried at home and indeed it works, it saves the pdf.
