Import of PDF-File without XMP equivalent

I have two old PDF-Files. When I try to import them into Zotero, I get the message, the format is not supported. When I open and save them with a PDF-Reader, is this possible, but I get the warning:

"The metadata field /GTS_PDFXVersion with value 'pikepdf.String("PDF/X-4")' has no XMP equivalent, so it was discarded
The metadata field /Trapped with value 'pikepdf.Name("/False")' has no XMP equivalent, so it was discarded"

It's not possible to import the new saved pdf-file. What can I do?

    Can you link to the PDFs in question or email them to support@zotero.org with a link to this thread?

    @guenther234 I don't see any problems with the provided file.

    Can you provide a Debug ID?

    I found out what the spezific problem is. It is not possible to import the old files with drag and drop, the usual way I do. When I import with the menu, there is no problem. I don't know why, but with this way I can import any old files.

    There shouldn't be any difference between dragging and using the menu. If you can reproduce a problem, we'd want to a see a Debug ID for doing so.
