OSCOLA
Hi, I love Zotero and keep telling my students to use it.
BUT it does not follow OSCOLA properly, is it possible to update it so that it does the following:
- include issue number of journal
- use the abbreviation of the journal rather than full name OR if using full name, it needs to be in italics.
- add page number for chapters in edited books
Thank you
Sophie

- Issue numbers should only be included when volumes are not continuously paginated (see 3.3.1). That's rarely the case (e.g. the citation to the International Journal of Heritage Studies -- which is continuously paginated -- from your other thread would be incorrect with issue number)
- OSCOLA specifically allows abbreviation or full journal title and does not italicize the journal title when given in full (also 3.3.1). Since the abbreviations would require manual entry -- Zotero's automated ones don't work for OSCOLA -- we went with the full title.
- Page numbers for chapters ('contributions') in edited books are not included in OSCOLA (see 3.2.3)
